- Please ensure that you are satisfied with the fabrics.
- We always advise customers to order samples of fabrics before placing their order.
- Please note some fabrics can shrink during washing, dry cleaning, Ironing, etc.
- Shades can vary between dye lots and fabric rolls.
- Fabrics that are not in stock and require a special order may take up to 5 weeks in certain cases.
- Please note that every order is treated with the highest quality procedures.
- All fabrics are carefully examined prior to despatch by our Quality Control Dept.
- Refund will be given if your order cannot be completed.
- Please note that no responsiblity is taken once a fabric has been cut.
- No refund will be given on postage and packaging.
- If in the unlikey case that the fabric(s) you have ordered are faulty, then a claim can only be made 14 days after the order has been placed.
