I ordered black and white elastic for the Covid masks I was making, 5 metres of each. When the parcel arrived there was a note on the invoice that they had (unsurprisingly) run out of white elastic so sent double the black amount. This type of service is really appreciated during these times when we can't just pop to a shop. Good common sense - shame they aren't running the country really!
